2 - Donor Registration and Consent
All donors must bring their CNIC with them.
Donors agree to undergo health screening and testing prior to donation.
Donors consent to EVBB storing and processing their data as per our Privacy Policy.
EVBB reserves the right to decline a donation based on medical safety guidelines.
3 - Blood Collection and Use
Donated blood is screened, processed, and stored as per SBTA guidelines.
EVBB ensures that blood is only issued to hospitals, clinics, and individuals after due verification.
EVBB does not provide free blood, but a service fee may be charged to cover testing, processing, and operational costs.
4 - Service Requests (Blood Recipients)
Requests for blood must be accompanied by a doctor’s prescription and proper identification.
EVBB does not guarantee immediate availability of all blood types, but strives to fulfill every request promptly.
5 - Technology and Communication
EVBB may contact donors or recipients through phone, WhatsApp, email, or SMS for urgent needs, drives, and follow-ups.
Donor and recipient information is kept confidential and protected in accordance with data protection laws.
6 - Liability Disclaimer
EVBB follows strict medical protocols for donor screening and blood handling. However, we are not responsible for adverse reactions or outcomes beyond our control.
Blood is issued after full compatibility testing at recipient hospitals; EVBB is not liable for hospital-level mismatches or negligence.
7 - Code of Conduct
Donors and recipients must treat staff and volunteers with respect.
Abuse, harassment, or falsified information may result in blacklisting or legal action.
Any misuse of EVBB services (e.g., reselling blood) is strictly prohibited and subject to legal consequences.
8 - Refund and Cancellation Policy
Once a blood unit is issued, refunds are not applicable.
Requests cannot be canceled once the cross-matching process is started, refunds are not applicable.
9 - Changes to Terms
EVBB reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and communicated where appropriate.
